Just in case you haven't heard, McNeil Consumer Healthcare Announces Voluntary Recall of Certain OTC Infants’ and Children's Products. Apparently, the liquid suspensions of your kids' Tylenol, Motrin, Benadryl and Zyrtec aren't up to par and may contain "particles" they shouldn't. Great.
